For some projects adjacent to the waterfront or tidal wetlands, a Coastal Area  Management review may be required (see section 8 of the Ordinance). If a CAM is  required, the mean high water line (3.4 NGVD) and high tide line (5.2 NGVD) must be shown on the site plan.
